Section I: Definition and Issuance Criteria

1.1. Definition
  • Actively serving Government employees may be issued a special firearms license which consists of a PF, CCW and a Guard Card with special alterations. This permit may be issued to government agencies or groups performing investigative or protective responsibilities, or to any individuals holding a Government office when deemed necessary. This permit allows their holder to purchase firearms and carry a concealed weapon. They may also act in the capacity of a bodyguard whilst carrying a concealed weapon if deemed appropriate.
1.2. Issuance Criteria
  • The San Andreas Governor's Office determines which Government groups or individuals may be issued a Government Firearm License. This will be officially authorised by the Governor's Office, and any effected individuals will be permitted to hold a Government Firearm Licensing until further notice or revokation.
1.3. Revocation Criteria
  • A Government Firearms License becomes automatically invalid when the license holder is no longer employed in the role that allowed them a Government Firearms License. They must surrender their license and ensure that any weapons purchased by, and held via the Government Firearms License are safely handed in.

The holder may also have their license revoked by Law Enforcement if they break any listed PF/CCW/Guard regulations, unless those regulations listed are altered as stated in Section II, 2.2 in which case those alterations must be followed only where they replace the aforementioned regulations else the license may be revoked.

The San Andreas Governor's Office may terminate a Government Firearm License allowance for an agency, group or individual at any given time for any reason, rendering their license immediately invalid.
