Is it acceptable if I use some sentences I wrote in my first character, to obtain a CCW, and write them in another character CCW application?

I currently have a GC license on "Lily" but if I RP name changing IC and then use my NC, will I be able to use the same answers for the exam I used lately on Lily? Since they're gonna be both the same girl if you understand what I mean..

If it's an IC marriage, yes.

If that's not an IC marriage, you may not use the same stuff like on Lily Marshall. That'd be considered as metagaming I believe.

I'm not sure what you mean by "FHL". Can you not abbreviate it and spell it out properly?

According to the guidelines of the Firearms Hunting License, you need said license when hunting on the private property of another or in designated hunting areas. Having a CCW license won't exclude you from that, you'll still need a FHL license.

Am i allowed to use, example given, a Shotgun for home security but also for hunting?

If i have a PF and Hunting license, but get into a situation where deadly force is needed while i am hunting (e.g. an armed robbery), is it permitted to use said weapon out of necessity?

Depends if you've got a Hunting License or not, you also need to carry said weapon into a metal container when transporting it. Home security is fine if there's a PF license in your possession.

If i get into a situation where deadly force is needed while i am just being a random bystander, but no LEOs are present, am i permitted to perform a citizens arrest (or act accordingly?)

Am i allowed to be on private property (porch / roof of my house) and have a visible weapon in my hand?

These may sound like a clearly answerable question but i would like to make sure.

1- No, you should not be involved unless you yourself are under threat. You may perform a citizen arrest, however, you should not cause the escalation of the situation.

2- As long as you are the owner of the property you are standing on/within, yes. Remember you will have to identify yourself as a license holder and are prompt to ID and property ownership verification.
